Went to O'Reilly's because I need a car battery. I called ahead of time and spoke to Joel. Joel was friendly on the phone said he'd be able assist me when I arrive. As soon as I got there, I told him I had just spoken to him on the phone and immediately remembered. Joel immediately assisted me, tested my alternator, starter, and car battery. Had to replace both batteries for an Infiniti Q50. I bought the batteries and replaced the one in the hood but really didn't wanna do the one on the trunk cuz it's a huge pain. My man Joel did us a solid, took an hour outta his day to take out the bad one and install the new one. Dude was effective and professional while still able to conversate with me and my friends while working. This place looks after their customers. Autozone woulda just said no.
Excellent customer service and very good prices
I took my car to AAmco on Escondido and Westwind. They were to replace a CV axle. Shamco ordered and installed the wrong CV axle from Oreilly's at 6100 N Mesa. After days the car developed a leak from the CV shaft, there was oil all over the driveway. Shamco returned the old CV shaft in the new box the replacement CV shaft came in. I complained to Shamco, they inspected the car and I was asked to go home and expect a call from upper management.
