Very unprofessional. I came to write a review over an employee at this location to see at no surpise that she is a recurring issue according to these reviews. Mary refused to help me with a warranty and was very rude over looking up car parts for me . i said I’d go to another store and she muttered racist profanity under breath . I went to another oh Reilys in sunland park and was out within minutes.
Thank you for the excellent service, Mary. I don't know anything about mechanics, and if it weren't for her, I would have broken down my car, but she knew how to guide me and recommend the right thing. It's good to have knowledgeable staff who can guide those of us who are uninitiated.
Mary friggin rocks! I ONLY use this parts store in El Paso. They go above and beyond for you.
Great customer service! The assistant, Mary was friendly and so helpful!! She really took her time and I could tell she genuinely had interested in helping me. After visiting several different auto parts stores I was about to give up, I’m glad I came to O’Reillys!
I went to purchase wipers here. I asked to use the restroom and I seen children running around in the back. Very unprofessional
