Claudia and her team are Very knowledgeable and professional. I have left their competitors store across the street and try and give her as much of my business that I can! Oreilly's parts and prices have also improved over their competitors.
Terrible service! I bought two pieces at this store one of them stop working. The receipt said it had a 5-year warranty! And the employee treated me very very bad, laughing and saying there was no warranty. I didn't see her name, but she's a woman with a very short hair (like a man). I went to another store in Doniphan street and they changed the part in minutes! I'm not coming back to this store
This is a GREAT location with personable service and expertise. The other day was no different when I bought some new front seat covers for my car. Tony gave me a clear recommendation. They have worked out well. Thank you, Tony!!
