I was with my husband at the O’Reilly Auto Parts on Bellevue on October 3, 2026, and I personally witnessed an interaction that made both of us extremely uncomfortable and ultimately caused us to fear for our safety. My husband repeatedly told the employees that we did not need assistance and that we were simply browsing and shopping. Staff is friendly
Pay for a lifetime warranty starter they sell me a used one a couple months go by take the used one that's supposed to be brand new back for replacement and they gave me a used one again and how it is time to replace it after just three or four days Atwater O'Reilly's is very badly do not order the right things constantly got to go back and replace exchange very bad I feel they owe me money because I'm constantly changing my starters for Riley's is a very bad place

Called and talked to Rick. He was very helpful about my battery. When I got there he was busy so I waited a few minutes told him I was there for a battery and I also needed him to change it out. I am disabled and couldn't lift or change it. So he gathered a couple of tools and came out to my truck. We talked he is a very nice person.
