Called and talked to Rick. He was very helpful about my battery. When I got there he was busy so I waited a few minutes told him I was there for a battery and I also needed him to change it out. I am disabled and couldn't lift or change it. So he gathered a couple of tools and came out to my truck. We talked he is a very nice person. Horrible staff service. Came to purchase a cabin filter and I was checking out at the cashier another staff gossip in front of me, ‘ he going to replace the filter in the parking lot and then come back in saying it doesn’t fit and ask for an exchange’… why would I exchange if it fit properly and why not exchange when it is not especially the store staff were the one who guided me to make the order
