I came in to get my battery tested, the employee (Kathleen) stated she would be able to assist after her co-worker return from break.. ok fine .. I sat for almost 30 mins.. she proceeded to come outside I seen her.. waited to see what she was doing and do you knw she came to move her car.. huh.. so I asked was someone coming to check my battery.. omg, I forgot you was out here waiting…smh just awful
Very disappointed.... i was looking to buy a battery my car wouldn't start and they said they have no cables. I went to AutoZone down the road and they handled it professionally..
Will be only coming to this store when I need help to see Clayton, he definitely knows his stuff .
lol for the mechanics out there cocoa oriellys off Dixon just told me it’s a felony to clear the dtc codes off my car without being a certified mechanic (which I am, I fixed the problem and just needed to reset the light). I get that it’s store policy and have no problem with it but for gods sake at least have an understanding of what yall do before I have 3 employees in the store yelling at me that I committed a crime.
