bad customer service
With me not being a mechanic, Johnathan was amazing giving me advice on installing my part! Top notch service! 5 stars all the way!
Very helpful. I even ask questions that I knew the answer to. To see if the customer service there. The guys googled the questions with no attitude or bother. They have my business. On the other hand Auto zone in varnell lost a customer treated like it bothered them to ask a question with a attitude reply. Not the public place to be that way with your name on your shirt.
The manager and staff at this store are amazing caring people who go beyond the extra point to help us while we were in the store with them specially with us being seniors they helped us to find what we needed with our budget being concerned I thank you that you’re here for us in our community inVarnell, Georgia.
