About a month ago, I received excellent help in figuring out what parts I needed. They didn't know exactly what I needed and neither did I, but they helped me to figure out what it was! I took off a star for one reason. It seemed like the employees did not have the desire to work there. 95% superior customer service! Just once have I encountered a customer service person (male) who, in my eyes, appeared to be uninterested in helping me as a customer. I haven't seen him recent months so I hope he doesn't work here anymore. I don't have his name... unfortunately. There were no customers in the store and no one was using the store phone. Other than that, this store in Holton has been GREAT in every way!
