Went to the Kapa’a location and was immediately helped by Kea Makua who tested my battery for me and it was indeed dead. She was totally helpful and sold me a new battery and when I let her know I was headed to work and needed it installed she referred me to Mike Cornejo who got on the job and was able to install the new battery for me and get me to work. Sounds normal, but he definitely went above and beyond to help me in rapid fashion. Much Mahalo Mike and Kapaa team. Ken Herman
