Thanks to an employee, I think his name is Edward.. or Edwin? Came in for a new battery and just as I was about to pay, he looked at it and recognized that the dead battery was from O'Reillys. I had no idea which store the battery was purchased as its my dads. I gave my father's info and sure enough it was still under warranty! He did a charge check and determined it was dead or on it's way out. Im not giving five stars for a brand new battery at no cost.
