Good place and good service.
very slow service, stood in line for 30 minutes. one cash register out of 4 was working
Lahaina store. Three strikes and you’re out first I ordered a transmission waited 3 to 4 weeks. They never ordered it. Second was, the order was for brake booster waited over a month for it and it never showed up. third was today, what parts store doesn’t have I set of Chevy LS wires in stock. They’ve been out of carb and choke cleaner for months. Disappointed in the store since it’s our only Auto Parts available since our town burnt down do better guys but I’ll never be back. This is coming from a ASE certified technician.
Went there to just get a jump pack, ended up waiting for 15 mins until ended up leaving to go to ace to get one. Seemed like no one wanted to help customers and seemed grouchy if they had to help. Multiple customers waiting and who knows how long. This was on Friday march 6th 2026
One of the clerks David Alejandro at the Lahaina store helped me so much with the right battery as well as installation & also the correct size for windshield wipers. He really went above & beyond helping & was so thorough which was so much appreciated.
