One of the clerks David Alejandro at the Lahaina store helped me so much with the right battery as well as installation & also the correct size for windshield wipers. He really went above & beyond helping & was so thorough which was so much appreciated.

Went to O’Reillys today and they were open during the power outage, which was amazing already. I was looking to get a new battery since my old one was getting low. I’m not familiar with anything car related, but the lady at the front was so helpful and kind. I asked if I could have them install the battery (since I know nothing) and even though they were busy and had a line, they still made the time to do it! The store in Lahaina leaves much to be desired. The EXTREMELY slow people behind the tills are not the least bit knowledgeable. It took 20 minutes for them to find a battery for a common Toyota suv. The other guy tried to piece together a brake line with a pile of fittings that had absolutely no business being part of a brake system, all the while the line grew to the entrance. My car wouldn’t start this morning. I got a jump start and headed straight to O’Reilley’s in Lahaina to see if they had the correct battery for my car. When I pulled in, I left my car running in the parking lot, as I didn’t want to turn my engine off just in case I needed to go elsewhere for my battery. I had no idea what type of battery I needed.
