Unbelievable. I know how stupid this store is so when I have to get parts, I tell them their own part number. These clowns still managed to sell me the wrong part. I asked them to look up my vehicle and tell me what was in stock. They brought something out and I made them open it. Dust and dirt fell out. They had restocked used, busted parts. Tu trabajo no es dificil y estas fracasando. If I ran this place, I would fire Christian immediately.
Called this morning about a order that wasn't delivered. Terese didn't seem happy that I called and had some attitude on her. Ended up hanging up as I didn't want to deal with the negativity people bring into this world. Will be calling until she doesn't answer.
