I went in to get a trailer wire hook up on July 4th. Assistant manager (chris) came out to my car before he sold me the trailer hook up and said let me check your fuse first so you're not buying something you don't need. It was the fuse! Awesome customer service!!! I will drive to Bossier and come to this location over any other parts store. Thanks for taking care of me on a holiday.
We were traveling from North Carolina to Texas when we got a flat tire and stopped in, honestly stressed and unsure what to do next. Billy went above and beyond, he helped us change the tire to the spare and then even took the time to recommend a safe place for us to stay the night. None of this was required of him, but he was genuinely kind, honest, and patient the entire time. He wouldn’t even accept a tip, which says a lot about his character.
