Great store! Fantastic customer service! Helped me in a huge pinch and sorted out my mix up with the wipers I'd bought that were wrong in about 3 different ways. Store is clean, there's a huge trash can at the from for the old parts you're replacing, and the staff is great!
Bought a set of Bosch wipers and asked the asst. Manager if he could install them. He said I'd have to wait because he was the only one in the store. Is it OReilly policy to only have one person in house? How are you supposed to provide services with only one person?
Don't go there if you need windshield wipers put in because of a drizzle they can't do it.
Love that these guys finally opened up an auto parts store in our area! We are in a weird area that was kind of in the middle of a number of different stores, but none of them really handy, or close. The folks in here are always polite and super helpful. I think all auto stores do it, but the oil recycle/dump here is great. The website isn't great about identifying the correct oil for your car, but I got help from one of the guys in here to straighten it out.
