Love that these guys finally opened up an auto parts store in our area! We are in a weird area that was kind of in the middle of a number of different stores, but none of them really handy, or close. The folks in here are always polite and super helpful. I think all auto stores do it, but the oil recycle/dump here is great. The website isn't great about identifying the correct oil for your car, but I got help from one of the guys in here to straighten it out. Cashier was very unprofessional and got an attitude when I told him I had a business account. Told me he couldn’t my account and I offered to give him the account number just like I’ve done at every other O’Reilly auto parts all over NC. He responded with it doesn’t matter what you have and basically told me he wasn’t going to look. If possible i would have put 0 stars.
Best parts store ever! Also have commercial accounts for repair shops which is pretty cool!
Salesman was polite and helpful
Had just the part I needed for a reasonable price. Good help from the counter person.
