Great employee and fantastic customer service
Chris was super helpful, even with short staff. He could not replace it himself without a second staff member so he did the next best thing - enable me to replace it myself. He tested the car battery to confirm its poor health, let me borrow a wrench set to remove and fasten nuts, and suggested a terminal replacement due to corrosion. Great service - even with limited personnel resources.
