Michael absolutely saved me tonight and I can't say enough great things about the service he provided. I walked in unknowingly right at closing. He tested my battery and alternator and got me a new battery installed. He doesn't usually work at the location but man was he a blessing tonight. He deserves all the praise ,recognition, and compensation for taking customer service to a peak level. Michael sets the bar for why I only shop at O'Reilly's for my automotive needs.
