Employee here used same tester as guy at Auto Zone used. Hooked it right up and told me I had a bad battery. So I bought a new battery, which he installed in 20 degree weather. Also noticed my coolant was low, so he added some at no cost. He also graciously checked my wife's car battery. It was fine. He also changed a headlight in her car AND added coolant to her car, again in 20 degree weather. He was very patient and very polite.
