Nate is super rude he gave us the wrong brake pads and argued us down that it was correct. I had to go to another O’Reillys and they took the time and measured my old break pads to get the correct ones for my vehicle. When I tried to call back Nate answered and I told him the issue and he tried to argue with me again and then hung up not once but twice. My husband recently passed away and he always handled the car stuff. I am lost without him. I needed a new low beam bulb for my car and Fedor came to my rescue and installed it for me. He went way above and beyond to help me and he was so kind. I am so very appreciative! Thank you, Fedor for your kindness and blessing!
