Nate has really good customer service and he did a excellent job at changing my battery out in my Chevy Silverado truck
The manager that helped me with my car was great. He was patient, very kind. And took care of me as if I was family. I know hos name started with an E. Can't remember it exactly. But, I definitely remember the excellent service
Nate is super rude he gave us the wrong brake pads and argued us down that it was correct. I had to go to another O’Reillys and they took the time and measured my old break pads to get the correct ones for my vehicle. When I tried to call back Nate answered and I told him the issue and he tried to argue with me again and then hung up not once but twice.
