Have people who know what they're talking about when they try to sell you a $700+ (plus commission) "problem" that they don't even understand what the problem is, then resorts to "let me sell you a $450 alternator.... Can't even pick up a car battery for themselves. Useless.
Friday afternoon I came in to the store to order parts for one of our cars (we are a dealership and have a wholesale account with O'Reilly's). I was told required parts are special order, therefore I will have to wait until Monday to get pricing and availability. Which I expected knowing the store doesn't keep these on hands. I just love O’Reillys especially this one that a big parking lot I could pull my truck and trailer through!!! I didn’t get his name, but I came in to get my batteries checked and he was very polite came out and checked my batteries. He was a very nice young man. Keep up the good work O’Reillys. I am a customer for life.
Great for getting wiper blades changed out.
