It is a good store, but the sales rep didn't seem to know how to look up parts from Vin or find our account. I wasn't sure I was getting the correct part and it turned out having to come back to exchange for the right part, of course with a different sales rep. Would be lovely to have gotten my gas money back for his lack of research and cross references. "I think it's this one here."
Guys are professional, helpful and understanding! Won’t go anywhere else unless they don’t have what I need, which is very rare. 5 stars!!!
Michael was super helpful he greeted me as soon as i got in the door and he got me the right part and knew exactly what i was talking about. couldnt have had a better customer experience
