Asst manager Jay was a life savior yesterday. I had done maintenance being done on my car, even the battery failed the check that was being done. I had just bought the battery last year.I went to this store (6191) where Jay helped in locating my previous purchase. He then took it a step further and stayed outside in the 100°+ heat to change the battery for me since the shop that had done my maintenance was now closed for the day. Thank you Jay and O’Reillys for taking such great care of clients and having wonderful staff!

Not sure when auto parts stores became so unhelpful. My battery died, went to this O'Reilly's. They charged me 308$ for their most premium battery for a Kia forte. Most auto parts stores will offer to help you switch the battery, NOT THIS ONE. The crazier thing is they won't even loan you tools to switch it out. I will definitely be going to Advanced Auto parts or order online, hell I'd even go to a Walmart before I will ever go to another O'Reilly's.
