I had the misfortune of a dead battery this afternoon in my Yukon just as my mother and I were to leave to go back to Southeast Texas. I called the O’Reilleys closest to my location and spoke with a young man who took my information and looked up my vehicle to see if they could change the battery for me. (These days, you have to have a complete tool kit to even change a battery!) Alton was so nice and helpful both on the phone and in person.
