Not sure when auto parts stores became so unhelpful. My battery died, went to this O'Reilly's. They charged me 308$ for their most premium battery for a Kia forte. Most auto parts stores will offer to help you switch the battery, NOT THIS ONE. The crazier thing is they won't even loan you tools to switch it out. I will definitely be going to Advanced Auto parts or order online, hell I'd even go to a Walmart before I will ever go to another O'Reilly's.
Shout out to Sam at this O’Reilly location who was very helpful to me when I had an issue with my son’s car, and we were in the area (and hour away from home). He was patient and kind in showing me what the car needed. He went above and beyond by going outside to show me what to do. Not once did I feel condescended for not knowing simple things. Thanks for your help!
