Had a very pleasant experience at Oreilly. Paul provided prompt and courteous service regarding my dead battery. He was able to change my battery out in no time and got me on my way. Appreciate you guys!
My car's tire got a flat on the highway. As I pulled over and put on my hazard, I panicked because I did not know hot to change a tire. I look over to the distance, and there was my saving grace. O'Reilly's just two minutes away. I drove on over real slow, parked, explained the situation, and Jake was happily and ready to assist me in this time of need.
