I had just bought a used car and took it in to get a new battery and Jake went above and beyond to help me. He installed my new battery and ran several scans to make sure everything was good. I am beyond impressed with the level of service I received. I will definitely be back.
I had a great experience at O'Reilly Auto Parts thanks to Vitaly. Replacing the headlight bulb on my vehicle turned out to be a lot less straightforward than I expected, but he took the time to come out, walk through it with me to make sure it was done right. He was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely willing to help instead of just pointing me to a part and sending me on my way. Jake and Maverick were both absolutely fantastic and helping me. coming from a female I genuinely hate going to auto parts stores because I always get talked into spending way more than what I need. they got me in and out at a decent time and walked me through exactly what I needed to fix and how to fix it
