They don't know what they are doing. They put a battery in backwards and literally blew up my car. Honda had the car for a full week replacing burned up parts. No compassion from the management. These people suck.
Sold me a bad battery. The guy said it's your alternator when returning it. It wasn't. He tested the battery and saw it was bad. Don't trust them. Went to advanced auto in eustis and got a battery. The car started right up. I don't know if they get paid by commission but they definitely try to up sell things that are not needed. To add to it I already went to the Subaru dealership before I bought the battery for them to test everything.

I was told by a friend and confirmed online that they replaced batteries. I brought in my 2015 Chevrolet 1500 on 5/8/25 @ 4:00pm. It was barely starting so I was happy to make it to the store. After buying the battery the guy checking me out (long blonde pony tail) let me know he couldn’t change the battery as he was the only guy up front and it was too complicated.
