I was actually at the store when this lady with the battery was complaining. Justin was checking out everyone who came in by himself and got me my brakes and rotors and helped me carry them. And had 2 phone calls while helping me. So seems like the battery lady is upset that he didn’t change her battery instead of someone taking 45 mins to do it. But I’m sure oreillys will be fine without that lady’s business
I went in today to get a new battery. There was two girls the guy Justin was gone to the bank. Rachel the parts driver help me . We went outside to change the battery and was having some difficulties due to my truck having aftermarket parts. Justin came back and was inside so she went and asked him for help. He came out and said we shouldn't be changing this battery cause of all the aftermarket stuff she said the computer said we could thats why im doing it.
