Gave wrong parts and even gave me wrong atf fluid suggestions. Double check everything you get from them, wrong ATF for car would have been a new transmission. Even thermostat giving me wrong completely wrong parts about half the time I stopped going there not worth the frustration of that. That’s not the right part or that doesn’t look right.
Best for customer service. Never missed a part either…
Highly recommend! Great experience at this O'Reilly. My battery died and I called ahead to check availability. Roman confirmed they had the right battery in stock and let me know Alakai would be able to install it once I arrived. Both were knowledgeable and friendly from the first phone call.
