Went for windshield wiper blades. The guy was AMAZING. Took the old ones off put new ones on and he was helping all other workers in there too. Absolutely amazing. That guy knows CUSTOMER SERVICE. Rocked it
Jim was very helpful and walked outside ans grabbed my old battery so i didn't have to carry it. Everything was very well priced and everything was clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Great experience!
Stopped in at the Summerville GA location was out of town looking at a vehicle. Alex was great!! He came out and ran the computer check on it. He thoroughly explained what the codes meant. Really appreciated him showing us on the vehicle what exactly it meant. Great customer service, saved us when we really needed the help!! He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly & customer oriented.
Did not appreciate the way the lady treated my husband. While in the middle of helping my husband she just walks away while he was mid sentence to go help another customer. She said “ im Going to do 2 things at once” so she stopped helping my husband to go help someone else while he had already been waiting since they were busy. Why couldn’t she finish with him and then help the next customer???? So my husband just walked out and went to auto zone instead.
I've never had a problem getting what I need if they don't have it they will order it and get it quick. Everyone treat me nice and are glad to help. Good friendly folks. Greg
