Some of the friendliest, most helpful auto parts people I’ve ever had to work with. I’ve been broken down in their parking lot for a couple of hours, going in and out for parts and tools. They literally bought me a pizza because I’m having such a tough time. This kindness has been lost in our civilization, But I found it at this O’Reilly‘s auto parts.
I went to the store to get my headlight replaced, and the staff were very helpful. A special shoutout to Ben for going above and beyond—he made the whole process quick and easy. Really appreciate the great service!
Customer service was terrible. The staff seemed annoyed that I was even in the store and was unfriendly.
Saturday afternoon crew at this location on Orchard lake rd is not worth your time. Pure ignorance and unwillingness to assist with simple question while sitting back in the chair and playing with his phone. I wish O'Reilly did a better job staffing their stores with people who care or at least competent enough to learn basic customer service skills!
