I desperately needed a new battery for my 4x4 Kawasaki side by side. I stopped at my favorite auto store, O’Riley in Salem. The District Manager, John Lopez, happened to be there for a corporate visit. I started talking to him about my battery issue and how I was dreading the change because of the location. He jumped right in and said “I’ll do it”. An hour and a half later he had it changed very professionally. I offered to pay him and he flatly refused. Wish this review could find its way to corporate. They charge batteries for free!
Quickly tested my battery which was found to be bad. Had what I needed right there and saved me a trip by matching the price, then installed it for me right there. thanks Kurt for the quick service and getting me back on the road.
