My car went down today and they helped me check the battery. Clearly it needs to be replaced. I was able to get a new battery and they helped me replace it. The whole process is very quick and the people there are professional. I’m glad there is a store in the neighborhood and highly recommend their service!
I desperately needed a new battery for my 4x4 Kawasaki side by side. I stopped at my favorite auto store, O’Riley in Salem. The District Manager, John Lopez, happened to be there for a corporate visit. I started talking to him about my battery issue and how I was dreading the change because of the location. They charge batteries for free!
Quickly tested my battery which was found to be bad. Had what I needed right there and saved me a trip by matching the price, then installed it for me right there. thanks Kurt for the quick service and getting me back on the road.
