Today's experience fell short of expectations. Nate, the floor associate, failed to comprehend my needs when my truck's ball joint broke in the parking lot adjacent to O'Reilly's Auto parts. Sadly, Nate was unhelpful and demonstrated a lack of knowledge regarding spline keys for my truck's rims, mistakenly recommending incorrect products three times as I awaited the tow truck.
