Today's experience fell short of expectations. Nate, the floor associate, failed to comprehend my needs when my truck's ball joint broke in the parking lot adjacent to O'Reilly's Auto parts. Sadly, Nate was unhelpful and demonstrated a lack of knowledge regarding spline keys for my truck's rims, mistakenly recommending incorrect products three times as I awaited the tow truck.
They were super helpful and found the part I needed even though I wasn’t sure what to call it.
Good service! They actually had the part in stock.
I turned on my car after work, turned on the wipers, and my windshield wiper just FELL OFF I freaked out so I rushed here to get a new one Within 5 minutes they had me checked out with a new one on, even showing me how it goes on These guys are awesome! I didn't catch his name, but my receipt says Rick, so thank you Rick! You rock!
