Got to church just fine this morning but car wouldn’t start to get home. AAA gave me a jump and sent me to O’Reilly’s for a battery. Haven’t had to get a battery in more than 30 years! Big Michael was wonderful. He tested my battery, replaced my battery and got me on my way in about 30 minutes. What a nice young man. I won’t hesitate to recommend him or the store. PS. I’m 78.
I asked if they would change a wiper blade. One girl tried with no success. She ask two of the the other workers if they would. They responded no they didn't want to. So only one star because they had my part. But I'll take my loyalty down the road to Burlington instead now.
I went into the store a few days ago. And I was asking for help with my battery and the younger fella Mike was being rude and obnoxious. That young man needs some more training obviously. And the way he talks and don’t really work as I was noticing isn’t good for a work environment do better
The guys here are super helpful and friendly
