I have to say i mostly order from oreillyauto.com and pickup at this store. Its very hit and miss on quality of service. As a former parts manager i would teach the employees more than let them stand around in back doing nothing! Test them on part numbers or how to work computer correctly. Teach them to greet people as they walk through the door. Try to smile you could be outside in the heat....
