I want to give a shout out to Danny and Mason at O’Reilly! I had a flat tire and I could not get my tire off so I thought I needed a key to remove the lug nut. I showed them photos of my tire and they offered to come by my house to help me get the tire off because I needed more leverage and not another tool. They followed me to my house and helped loosen the lug nuts so I was able to change my tire. Thank you guys so so much for your help!!
Sherman was a rockstar for me. Sold me a part that looked every so slightly different with the information that I gave him and as I walked out the door he came out and said “come look at this” and it was the exact part I needed. I had given him the wrong engine size so even after I walked out, he looked at the other engine sizes and found what I needed. Those dudes are super helpful. I showed up in the cold needing wipers, and they helped me choose and install, done in like 5 minutes.
Sherman, if I’m spelling that right, was very helpful and kind to us. We had bought a new battery for the pickup and he got right to work installing it for us. He was a very nice gentleman and a great colleague I bet. Thanks Sherman 👍👍👍
