The woman in the pro desk at the back has a very hard to understanding the basic English. I don’t know why she’s in that position. She asked me multiple times to explain myself over and over again, and she could not comprehend what I was saying and called the manager, said I was being rude because she could not understand basic English.
Huge shoutout to Armando at O’Reilly’s! We came in to get a new brake light, and he went above and beyond to help us. Not only was he extremely nice and professional, but he even came outside and installed it for us. This was a huge help, especially since the last O’Reilly’s we visited didn’t offer any assistance. Armando’s kindness and great customer service made all the difference—definitely recommend this location because of him!
