Problem cars...but you guys helped me to get the parts. I appreciate the free diagnostic, with a print out! Armando was very patient and knowledgeable, and helped me understand what needed to be done first.. Everytime I've gone to this store, I have appreciated the friendly staff and have had good customer service. Tonight I went in around 8:30pm and had two diagnostics run and asked many questions. Thank you for allowing me to leave feeling I was listened to and respected.

I wanted to buy oil and a filter, but the employee completely misunderstood me. He entered the wrong car brand and year into the computer. When I asked him if he spoke English, he replied, "We live near Mexico, I speak Spanish." I had to go to another employee, and I asked how that employee was hired without knowing English. He replied, "Our manager hired him."

The woman in the pro desk at the back has a very hard to understanding the basic English. I don’t know why she’s in that position. She asked me multiple times to explain myself over and over again, and she could not comprehend what I was saying and called the manager, said I was being rude because she could not understand basic English.
