Ft Gibson O'Reilly's has gone downhill. Full of what seem like lazy teen employees. Literally has to ask them repeatedly to help find a simple part for my car. This wasn't the first time I've to get help there. After multiple times trying to get decent help, I'm giving up on FTG.
I instructed my son to drop of 5-5 quarts jugs of used oil at this location. By my instruction I told him to set the used oil by the side door, walk in to make his purchase, and let them know he set the oil by the side door. He was intercepted by the assistant manager and berated for following my instructions. I have dropped off oil at this location several times and these are the steps I was told by THEIR employees to follow.
