On two occasions, I’ve been told that a part was available only to show up a short time later to be told for one reason or another, it actually isn’t there. I was told they had had a part in stock and would set it aside for pick up. I showed up less than half an hour later and they told me they had sold it 5 minutes after I called, despite having been “reserved” for me in pickup and being a very specific part for an older vehicle.
A few months ago I went to Oreillys in Milton freewater, Oregon. It was a very hot day and I was there to purchase Freon for my vehicles air conditioner. The only shady parking was on the side of the store so that’s where I parked. An employee came out and told me to move. He said this parking is for employees only. I thought this was quite rude. I moved my car and thought maybe he was having a bad day so about a week later I stopped in for another can of Freon and the exact same thing happened. I moved my car again. Still w... read more
Purchased a battery for my Jeep. Kyle and was happy to install the battery and took the old one off my hands. This made my day a lot easier and with no additional charge. Both employees were polite and professional.
