I completely agree with Tim. I went to this store to replace the battery of my car that has a 3 year warranty. One of the employees there, a man in a hat, 55 years old or older, with a dry and indifferent face, brought me a battery tester and told me that the battery was fine. When I explained to him that I had charged the battery, that's why it showed that it had a little charge, he continued his story that this is the procedure of our store.
