I brought in a spline lug nut to get a socket and to buy 2 gallons of oil, the "kid" basically showed me the isle and walked away to talk to the other employee about personal things. Absolutely no help whatsoever, I could have found the isle on my own. I don't know why they are paid to be there if the only person in the building that is there to spend money isn't important, well, I just feel stupid for spending the gas to get no help whatsoever. Only reason for 4 is they need more people working. 2 people up front during the rush isn't enough.
I wouldn’t trust this place to change your wiper blades. I was traveling from Tennessee to Illinois. 9.5 hour ride in the rain. Brought my car in this weekend due to needing new wiper blades from lack of vision. Got them replaced, they installed them for me. Tried the wipers out, heard a clunking sound and I Didn’t think anything of it… 3 hours into my drive, pulled over, looked at my wipers because I knew something wasn’t right at this point.
