This specific O’Reillys location has had me driving out of my way for it for years now. Although the staff has changed throughout that time, this location is always staffed with dedicated workers that go beyond any other auto parts I’ve been to. They’ve always advised me the right parts, and the correct diagnostic, as such so that I’ve never needed to use any warranty I’ve received. Christopher and William were the two who helped me today. I had a 2 year warranty on the car battery that had 9 months until it expired & they refused to honor it. The "acting manager" Landon refused to help Lucus at the counter & refused a phone call when we tried to reach him. Terrible customer service today
