11/8 1145 am: Employee Frederick needs an attitude adjustment and was not helpful at all!! Needs to go back to customer service training. Asked him price of a product "I don't know" and just stands there. Then when I checkout he acted annoyed when I tried to give him my phone number for Oreilly rewards. Also did not offer a bag for my multiple items. Usually have a good experience at this location. Why does a great company like oreilly hire rude staff - smh? Manager should talk to this one. Went into O'Reilly's today person at the cash register very rude obnoxious need a oil filter showed me the screen told me I could go back to the wall and get it myself. Didn't have the stock number and didn't know what to get I left I'll never go back
