I went in after a filter for a 1961 Fordson Dexta small tractor. The two parts men got on the internet and found the filter I needed. They were very professional and friendly. They went way beyond their job and O'Reilly Auto Parts knows how hire good people. I trust O'Reilly Auto Parts "The Employees" with all my Parts needs and you can trust them also.
Update as of 04-15-26 From 1 star to 5 stars. All thanks to Mr. Calvin and his employee Carson. I greatly appreciate the store manager Mr. Calvin for reaching out to me about my not so friendly experience from the previous day at his store. We had the best service at O’Reilly on Barksdale Blvd in Bossier City. A super kind, helpful and “determined to solve our problem (dead car battery) guy” named Carson came to the rescue. My daughter drives a Ford and little did we know that it takes some serious skill to take out the battery. Carson jumped right in and had her back on the road in 15 minutes. Guy needs a promotion. We’ll be back!!
I went to O’reilly Auto Parts in South Bossier today and they were very kind and attentive. An Employee named Carson replaced my not so easily replaceable battery. Overall I was very happy with the establishment and felt compelled to leave a review!
I stopped because my headlight went out I had purchased a bulb elsewhere earlier that day I walked in and asked for help and they came right out and even though the bulb I purchased was the wrong one he fixed my light so I could have 2 working headlights... I don't remember his name he was probably in his early 20's but he was so helpful
