Always helpful and friendly
I needed a spline socket and stopped at Advance Auto Parts first. The salesman wasn't sure it was the correct size for the lug nut I had with me. He said if I purchased and it wasn't the correct size I could exchange it for the larger socket we both knew wouldn't fit but I could not get a return. He wouldn't open the package. I left and went to O'Reilly and with out even asking the salesman cut the package open and tested the socket. That is customer service, that is now where I go first.
Excellent customer service
