They sold me the incorrect battery for my vehicle for $250 and wouldnt help to install... so I didn't know it was incorrect until I got home. Next I walked to the O'Reilly on Haywood road where they had the correct battery and gave me my core $ back for my old battery.
Prioritizes phone calls over in store customers
stopped in to drop off some used oil and there was one person working in the counter with a line of six people. There were three people in the back lollygag and enjoying talking about their night before and when I asked one of them if they could help me all they said no I would have to see somebody upfront useless place useless people. Nobody wants to work.
