Just came in today because i was curious about whats the soft ticking noise coming from the alternator that i just bought from the oreilly store, and this guy with the mask gaved me the worst costumer experience I’ve ever had. He said i have a vacuum leaks, oil leaks from my head gasket which is i think that’s not the reason! My only concern is the new alternator that making soft ticking sound coming itself. I just want to say Cesar is the best. He provided excellent customer service. Very knowledgeable, patient, helpful, and friendly. He went over and beyond to help me today with jumping my Tesla battery. Then when I returned, he carried my dead battery into the shop for a partial refund. Thank you Ceasar!
