Walked inside and the elderly man said, “Welcome to O’reilly Auto Parts”. I was putting my first steps inside the store like before 4 steps and then there was that phrase. I came in for a check engine light checked. The elderly man did not snap judge me. I was happy and he did the check engine light check on my classic car. He went over everything needed to get my car to sound like a new car. I told him I had changed the my EGR valve on the car and he asked where I got the part. This store honestly has by far the worst customer service ever. They pick and choose who they want to “somewhat” help and who they do not want to help at all. The employees here have to fix their attitude and actually follow the motto for the company that they work with. Also seems like the hispanic community is NOT welcomed at this location either just due to a language barrier.
i go to this Oreillys everyday, with very much respect and it sucks that i have to always deal with one specific person who’s very rude for no reason, he literally lied to me saying there wasn’t no cheaper part for sale and i had to confront him saying i called before saying there is. he doesn’t wanna try even try to help you save a little money or anything. i don’t see how he’s still working in this store. i love how this store is nearby but service is shitty.
