This location is horrible. I usually buy at Rowlett Orielys because the staff is usually very helpful. Ordered a part and it had to be ordered from this location because it was in stock. Got the part and it was missing a piece. Went back to Rowlett and they said I had to go specifically to this location to get the missing piece. I asked Rowlett to call them to see if they could put the part aside and they said they never answer the phone.
