There are not enough words to express how much I appreciate the manager Karla!! She helped me diagnose what my car needed and was even getting her hands dirty to help me out with my Car battery… IN THE RAIN TOO!! Karla was such an angel and a kind soul to help me out in such an urgent situation. She gave me direct feedback on other solutions to prevent the situation from happening again. Karla went above and beyond to help me out and I’m assuming she treats every customer with amazing respect. Karla you a real one!!!
Christopher is polite and very helpful. I really appreciated his Kindness. I am 76 and these days it is hard to find a respectful and kind young person. He's the best in my book. I give him 10 stars!
The staff could really improve their customer service. It seems like they’re not greeting customers, and it feels like they’re not paying attention to those waiting in line. It looks like they might be chatting with each other instead of helping customers. Christopher, the assistant manager, wasn’t very helpful either. When I asked him a question, he didn’t know the answer and didn’t try to find out or look it up. It seems like they might need some training.
