Came in here and it was pretty busy. Didn’t mind waiting in line but the really short Hispanic guy at the front was rude. I was sent by my boss to go pick up brake pads for a company vehicle. To preface I DONT KNOW anything about cars. I originally came from another O’Reilly’s store because they told me that this one had it in stock. Ms.Carla here at Oreillys has been absolutely amazing with taking care of her customers on Feb 27th 2026 Outstanding job.
I visited this location after being sent to three other parts stores for a turn signal socket. Mrs. Marisol went above and beyond and called the other store to demand the part number! Shes then went to the back and got EXACTLY what I needed. Shes an absolute unit and a proficient worker, give that lady a raise!
