Three different employees put me on hold for quite a while. So I decided to go into the store and they never tried to help me find what I needed. It was too much to ask can they search another store. The next day I went in for another part.I found two parts that I was looking for on the shelf never going back here telling my friends not to go there either the other O'Reilly our more helpful.
Came in for a battery test, turn out I had a bad battery, Michelle was kind enough to replace it for me. Overall great customer service.
Since I walked in I was greeted with a good morning, the manager was really polite and helpful. I went in looking for brakes for my dodge journey and gave me the different options of brakes and told me which were the best option for my vehicle.. great customer service and all highly recommend going to this store
