I was having some electrical issues with my car recently... just made it to O'Reilly and literally had to push it into the parking spot. Orlando went above and beyond - helping me test the battery, charging system, and determine that the alternator needed replacement. He had a remanufactured one in stock and was willing to test it on the diagnostic machine for me before I installed it. A great customer service experience. Thanks, Orlando!
