I had such a great experience at O’Reilly Auto Parts! Monique was super helpful and really knew her stuff. She took the time to make sure I got the right battery for my car and even installed it for me right then and there. You don’t always get service like that these days—thank you, Monique! You made what could’ve been a stressful situation super easy.
Excellent sometimes busy so you may have to wait staff willing to help and available always polite reasonable prices
I needed to borrow tools didn’t catch the dudes name he was helpful and patient as well as polite
Lalo Manager or whatever is being difficult for no reason. ALLEN store manager approved my return but then there's lalo who thinks the money comes straight out of his pocket and or check. Take your business to another Oreillys.
