I didn't have any issues with waiting in line. Lines are a part of life when in-store shopping. Nowadays you can order online and skip lines so I don't understand reviews griping about waiting. I wish I had remembered the guys name who helped me. He pulled up battery brands / I have never ever used O'Reilly's Super Start battery. I had always used Dura Last a excellent brand battery that went 6 years. No lie. Anyway that's a Auto Zone brand but, my guy friends say try O'Reilly's Dura Last isn't what it used to be.
