Got there 10 minutes before closing needing oil and they had doors locked. Lady inside waving me off. Some way to do someone on the road traveling desperately in need of oil !!
Great service
The store manager “Bishop” would rather lose business than follow O’reillys corporate policy of price matching local parts stores. She was lazy and rude, sitting in her chair not even acknowledging the customer. Putting a manager in place who doesn’t know anything about cars is one thing, putting a manager who doesn’t know anything about cars or customer service is another. I won’t shop there again.
Very unprofessional. When I walked in employees were talking loud and joking, eating and unattentive. I ended up needing a new battery, but they refused to replace it because it's so hot outside. I'm sympathetic to the heat, but being as though it's your job to do it and you refused you've now lost a customer for life.
