Went in asking for a wiring adaptor for a trailer, associate said it's down aisle 2, we asked, would you please show us where it's located. Associate said I don't know about it, we asked can you ask someone else then? He said I guess I can ask the commercial side. Associate response, well some things I know about, somethings I don't! It's a shame, you can't have good customer service!
The Guys were really nice! They didint make me feel dumb and answered all questions! They even helped me make a pick up at another store due to them being out of what I needed. The custom service was really good!
