I had the pleasure of being assisted by Froilán at O'Reilly, where he is an excellent store manager. His professionalism was outstanding, paired with a thorough knowledge of my needs. He was attentive, patient with all my questions, and made sure I felt confident. Beyond his expertise, Froilán is simply a great human being, making the entire experience both efficient and genuinely pleasant. 100% recommended !
first off I have used this location for years. Tuesday I went in with my truck that was having starting issues with a warranty replacement battery i bought originally in 2025. I told the gentleman there that I wanted the best battery they had for some peice of mind. Thanks to his diligence I find that my battery is not really the correct for my f150 limited trim. I don't complain as things happen and the new battery is 250 dollars. Dude refunds the original battery and I left with the correct spec battery and the bonus is it... read more
Laneal was amazing!! He gave quick and clear help! He was immensely kind and walked me through necessary parts and pricing. He installed the bulbs I needed in my car efficiently, and was smiling and joking the whole time which made my morning! OReillys was fantastic and I’ll be back! Give Laneal a raise!!!!!!
