They charge you for the parts several times and never deliver them. I don't recommend them.
I went to O'Reilly today and talked to one of the short Mexican guys. I told him I need the correct bolt sizes for the nuts, and he asked me to pop the hood for no reason. He said I needed to talk to the mechanic, and I don't even have an issue. All I want is to look for the correct size nuts. The other staff seems normal, but this guy needs to get fired immediately for his attitude. Kick rock buddy.
Terrible customer service and Emely is extremely rude. While I was waiting in line to purchase a battery she come from the back and immediately starts talking in Spanish and calls the guy who was waiting behind me to come to register first. The entire store is being racially discriminatory against African American people of color.
