I just returned some front brake pads and rotors for my 2018 Subaru Forester. I did not have a receipt and the employee by the name of Nas helped me through the whole process. He represented everything that the O'Reilly name stands for he was kind, mature, and quickly helped me solve my problem. I hope this location knows how great of an employee they have working on their behalf. Lastly, what amazed me the entire time was that this young man is only 18 years old.
Poor employee service. They would rather look at the clock and there phone instead of of doing there job! Ordered parts for a bmw that were missing parts in the box and then was told a replacement would be at the store for the same afternoon. Came back in and the parts were not even ordered! Would not recommend this place to anyone!
Customer service was great!! Store layout was good as well. Pretty much a one stop shop for all things automotive!! Good selection of waxes and soaps if you like to detail your vehicle's!!
Juan helped us out today and you could tell he was someone who genuinely cared about other people. He took the time to explain how to fix our problem and was clear in his explanation. We really appreciated his efforts and we’ll definitely be back to this location for good people like Juan.
Fantastic experience! The staff was super helpful and knowledgeable, making it easy to find exactly what I needed for my car. They even helped me troubleshoot a couple of issues, which I really appreciated.
