My daughter and I stopped in the store Friday, March 6 around 3pm to have someone help us figure out why the check engine light was on, as well as diagnose another problem. Ashley was so nice and helpful. She went above and beyond to teach us how to find things under the hood, check fuses and diagnose the problem. I appreciated that she approached it with a teaching spirit rather than just an opportunity to make money off of a customer. She's a great asset to that store!
I was recently asked by an employee of this store to change my review. I originally gave 2 stars with no explanation. Well, here's why. It was because of 1 certain assistant manager. I was in the store over an hour trying to figure out a part I needed with this guy. I told him I can show him the exact part on the car and he just kept looking in his computer instead of just going out to look at the part.
