Night shift always sucks so bad. Rude on the phone (if they answer that is) and uneducated. The only good employees are the chicks that work there.
Both employees were extremely helpful and friendly, both helped me with Ac freon and helped me get the right one earlier today, Way to go O'Rileys
When I pulled in all the employees were smoking in the back outside. I go inside and wait for 2 min phones ringing and no one walks inside. Great store to walk into and have the employees see you walk in and drive out without service.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! So, why would I give them "5 stars"? Because of Cayden. So, why do I say horrible customer service. Your car battery never dies when it is convent, and my wife's battery died when she needed her car, and I also needed my truck. So, we needed the battery changed right away. I was not in a place to get to my tools quickly, or I could have changed it. I arrived at O'Reilly's and met with a young man who was wearing an O'Reilly's Tshirt, nothing with his name.
