I had a problem with the Oriellys on Roosevelt road. And with one phone call this store the manager asked me for my account number and within minutes my problems was solved. The other Oriellys staff said my account number wasn't in there system and they couldn't add me in because only a store manager could do it and they didn't have one on duty. And they treated very disrespectful. I needed a Idling pully for a 2005 jeep grand Cherokee

I randomly went in this automotive store and was overwhelmed by the professional service I received. The young man who assisted me was Joshua. He ran a series of test on my vehicle, explained the findings while answering my questions. I asked for the manager, Mr. Sanchez so that I could tell him how fantastic the services were and he was obviously the source of the reason the store was top notch.
