Bought an oil filter plier that was repackaged on Sunday. Didn’t end up needing or using the part, & lost the receipt. Went back on Wednesday to return the part to the same store, Joshua was no help but responded with attitude letting me know I had to come back another day for a store manager to assist me to return a $25 part. I had a problem with the Oriellys on Roosevelt road. And with one phone call this store the manager asked me for my account number and within minutes my problems was solved. The other Oriellys staff said my account number wasn't in there system and they couldn't add me in because only a store manager could do it and they didn't have one on duty. And they treated very disrespectful. I needed a Idling pully for a 2005 jeep grand Cherokee
