I had the pleasure of visiting O’Reilly’s today and meeting Manny and Yoana. They exuded a welcoming and friendly atmosphere as soon as I stepped inside the store. Their extensive knowledge guided me effectively in selecting the appropriate oil, filter, and brake pads. Their exceptional service and outstanding customer service left a lasting impression, making it one of the best experiences I’ve had in a while.
I had the misfortune of dealing with TOM today over a two year old battery that has very clearly failed. I already did the diagnostic work myself. After charging and testing it properly, it showed 63% state of health. For anyone who understands batteries, that’s not “healthy.” It’s barely hanging on.
